SAI PAVANI CONSTRUCTIONS (I) PVT. LTD was promoted by Mr. T. Duggi Reddy in 1990 as a Proprietorship concern in Andhra Pradesh to undertake road contracts and area development works along with other civil and irrigation works. Due to timely completion of works with quality, the firm was given Special Class by A.P State Government & Telangana State, Class – I with State Government of Karnataka.

In the beginning the unit initially took up area development works along with road works. Over the years the firm grew in size and expanded operations all over Andhra Pradesh. From a modest turnover in 2006 the firm grew in size and in the year 2006 the firm was converted into a Private limited company.
